The first is a Cost Assessment. For this engagement, we send you a questionnaire from which we gather some relevant data. We review the information you provide and give you a report indicating where you are overspending and a plan to address it.

The second is a Low-Cost Site Analysis. For this engagement, we visit your facilities, review your assets and processes, and then provide expert consulting services to give you a full assessment of your entire facilities management operation. The fee for this service is dependant upon the number of facilities we mutually decide to visit.
